
The teaching of yoga with a past of thousands of years, is today stil the basis for teachings and methods to remove the physical and mental tensions of our everyday life, to keep our life more peaceful and satisfying.
Posture, breathing and consantration are the basis for the teaching of yoga. It includes the unity and totality of body and mind. The aim of this teaching that is rooted in the ancient Indian civilizations is to make physical, mental and emotional growth and create inner peace and freedom.
The best times for yoga are excersices at the sunrise and the sunset where nature’s all colors and calmness help us gather positive energy. With Raja Yoga and Hatha Yoga we discover the boundries of our body, work out the entire muscles and joints, pace our blood circulation. With Cyclic Meditation, Color Mediation and Silence Mediation we clam our minds and listen to ourselves.

Qi Gong :
Qi Gong is a Chinese excersise method, with fluent movements to help our body and soul work in harmony. These moves help energy flow all through the body, giving us calmness, removing tension. Qi (kee) means breath of life, the vital essence, energy. Gong means working, disciplining one’s self and skill. Exercises of Qi Gong make us control the power of life that runs through our body, intensifying Qi, pacing blood circulation and make the yin-yang balance.
Relaxation is the basis of Qi Gong. Because relaxation provide Qi’s fluent flow through the body. Mind’s calm and awake sense help breathing to be steady.
Breathing, mental concentration and posture and movements are the three branches of Qi Gong. The integration of the these tree is effective. The exercises are flexible to fit all types of body structure.
Exercises can be practiced by all people of age groups and health conditions. Because working out is for an energetic body, the movements may appear to be simple though effective.
Aside from the fixed exersize schedule, Qi Gong is practiced in varying times periods in the morning and afternoon.
