Reiki & Crystal Therapy

Reiki, 

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy. It is the vital life energy which flows through all living things and which can be activated for the purpose of healing. It is NOT a faith system.
The therapy takes place with the client lying down fully clothed. The therapist then gently places the hands over various positions of the head and face and/or the body. Treatment may last for up to an hour.
Reiki energy flows through the therapist's hands to wherever the client needs it most, releasing blocked energies, cleansing the body of toxins and working to create a state of balance.
Reiki is helpful in most conditions, it is a great tonic and of you are well it will help you to stay that way.

Crystal therapy is usually found to be very relaxing and revitalising. It is non-invasive, various crystals and gemstones are placed on and around the body with the client fully clothed either lying down or seated.
